Best Things Nearby:
The best thing around this resort is the main market town, Straubing. It's only a 10-minute drive away! You can find the Town Center Tower, churches, and pedestrian shopping streets. At its heart lie two contiguous, elongated market squares, Theresienplatz and Ludwigsplatz, which are lined with a mixture of medieval, Baroque, Neoclassical, Historicist, and Jugendstil houses.

Best Things About the Resort:
This is a resort located in a very quiet town. The pace is slow, and everyone is just relaxed. The best thing about this resort is the fully equipped kitchen. I love cooking, and this resort was perfect for me!

Resort Experience:
The unit is equipped with heaters for cold weather. There is only one TV in the unit (in the living room) for the one-bedroom unit. The bedroom has a king-size bed suitable for a couple. The living room has a sofa bed, which may accommodate another two occupants. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven, microwave oven, kettle, fridge, and all cooking utensils. The unit has a telephone, but no washing machine. Laundry can be washed at the coin-operated machines all around the units. Ample parking spaces are provided. TV has some cable channels, but only one English channel. Housekeeping is provided. There is a mini play area in the resort for kids. The resort offers bicycle rentals (but not in winter). The ski area is not far away (ski equipment can be rented from the resort). Petrol stations are just a one-minute drive away. Supermarkets are also very near. Best of all, the main market town, Straubing, is only 10 minutes away. Excellent getaway!
