Spa, outdoor hot tub, restaurant, fitness centre, and five-star accommodations!

Resort Experience:
This is luxury all the way, from the five-star spa and restaurant to the equally as impressive accommodations. It is quiet and relaxing, with walking paths, free use of the kayaks and canoes, a pool, a fabulous hot tub outside, barbeques to use, and fantastic kitchens with everything you need to feed up to right people – and well stocked with spices. They have the best soaker tubs ever, some rooms with a fireplace in the bathroom! Just lovely! Astounding grounds!

In the nearby resort town of Parksville, there are wide stretches of sandy beaches, a terrific mini-golf, unique shops and restaurants to satisfy all appetites.

Best Things About the Resort:
There are activities for all ages: a comprehensive work-out facility, water sports equipment, indoor heated pool, outdoor mineral whirlpool, kiddy pool and playground.

Pathways wind throughout the lush grounds across shell-strewn beaches to a salmon hatchery.

The units are tastefully decorated and appointed. Suite balconies provide private seating for those wishing to just 'be'.

Resort Experience:
Pacifc Shores Resort & Spa is like an oasis in the midst of a hectic world. Situated close to two major centres on Vancouver Island there is ample opportunity for shopping or exploring local activites. However the joy of Pacific Shores is that it is self contained. The resort 'store' offers a variety of grocery as well as sundry items. The on-site activities and common areas preclude having to leave the grounds. It is a place for individuals or families to recreate, exercise or revel in the peace and relaxation.

Resort Experience:
This was one of the best resorts to be able to just relax, enjoy the outdoors, and be one with nature. It was quiet and serene. Spa treatments were an absolute joy.

Pacific Shores Resort and Spa

The units are furnished with luxury items, a full kitchen and a huge bathroom where you can enjoy the Jacuzzi. The resort offers many services, there is a small market, a gym room, covered swimming pool, and a hot tub on the seashore where you can look at the sunset.

You have absolutely got to enjoy the huge Jacuzzi in the middle of the wonderful garden. If you want to relax more you also have to try the Stone Therapy Massage supplied by the Resort's Beauty Centre.

It's good to visit the long and nice beaches of Parksville. Even in the autumn you can enjoy them for a healthy walk.

Best Things About the Resort:
The view was astounding! The units are huge and beautifully furnished. The BBQ & picnic area was wonderful. The staff was so kind!

Resort Experience:
Pure heaven!! This is by far the best vacation we've ever taken. It's been 3 years, but it is still the only vacation trip we talk about with a yearning to return. My kids have been all over and even they adored this trip. It is natural beauty at its very best. We all felt so refreshed and happy afterward. Truly and absolutely, Heaven!
