The unit was decorated nicely in southwestern style including a kiva fireplace. We tried to keep a fire lit in the fireplace but presumably the wood must have been moist. So we did not use it. The unit was fully equipped, even detergent for the washer/dryer. The upper level opened out through french doors and a balcony and overlooked the first floor. Nice touch. Cable was pretty decent yet it was odd that there was no VCR and only one TV located downstairs. I asked at the office why they don't provide VCRs and was told that within a year they should have one for each unit. This year they concentrated on new carpeting. It was true because the carpeting looked brand new that ran up the stairs and throughout the second floor. The entire 1st floor was all tiled. There was no charge for local or 800 #s. A negative was that we found some dishes that were dirty and decided to put all dishes through the dishwasher. Fortunately, the positives outweighed this negative.
The resort has no planned activities, but are helpful if you need information. We very much enjoyed our stay.
