Best Things Nearby:
Very close to downtown Hot Springs

Best Things About the Resort:
Friendliness of staff

Resort Experience:
The unit was fairly clean and had a good view of the lake. However, the decor deperately needed to be updated. The pastel color scheme, swanky 70s-style furniture, old silk flower arrangements, and carpet that went up on the wall in the bathroom really was too much to stand. Also, the blinds did not come down, so we had workers looking in our windows each morning.

Lake Hamilton - without question! Our unit sat facing the lake and what a beautiful view to wake up to.

Best Things About the Resort:
It was incredibly spacious. We slept 9 women comfortably.

Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living room areas and a large. very well equipped kitchen were perfect for our needs.

Resort Experience:
The decor was a little outdated but the furnishing were very comfortable. There were two very nice pool areas with hot tubs, one sitting just beside the lake. Although it was still a little early in the season to swim, we sat on the large pool deck area listening to the sounds of the lake and enjoying good conversation. They have boat slips and a nice recreational set-up including tennis courts, a picnic area, a playground, sand volleyball, and mini-golf. My favorite was a deck area up high on the property with porch swings that offered an excellent view of the lake to watch the sun rise or set.

The Incredibly famous, yet inexpensive, personal pampering you get at one of the spas. Fishing and boating enthusiasts should enjoy themselves.

Best Things About the Resort:
Norm, the maintenance man, took care of our problems in a hurry and was quite pleasant. He also conducts the Monday orientation, so make sure you go! Listen to the sounds of nature in the evening.

Resort Experience:
All units face the lake, but the views are somewhat obstructed by trees and other buildings. Make sure you ask them how to get to the traffic light so you can safely get back to Hwy 7 (Central Avenue). The few maintenance problems we had were quickly fixed, including a washer that died in mid-cycle. Plan to attend the 30-minute orientation on Monday morning. It's great for first timers. They have menus from every restaurant in town.

Nice, clean, quiet timeshare.

Resort Experience:
We have stayed at this timeshare on two different occassions. The staff has always been very pleasant and helpful.

The units have been clean. The kitchen is a nice size and well equipped. The furnishings in the living and bedrooms has been very comfortable.

Most buildings are two story buildings without an elevator.

There is a pool, an indoor Hot Tub which we enjoy relaxing in. An activity room with a few games for the teenager.

The resort is on Lake Hamilton and we like to walk around the resort and down to Lake Hamilton. It is a strenuous walk, particularly coming back from the lake.

The first time we stayed at this resort, we found ourselves being woke up early in the morning to a banging on the building. We thought that they must be doing some work somewhere but were sure starting early. Turned out to be a Woodpecker trying to work his way in. When we told the staff, they said it was a problem they were trying to resolve. The second time we stayed there, we mentioned this and they said they had developed some techniques for keeping the woodpeckers away and they seemed to be working as we weren't bothered that time.
