I have been to alot of KOA's but this one is one of the best I have ever seen. The kampground was huge! I took one of their free afternoon hayrides and we only went through have of the kamp and it took a half an hour...they tell me it is 30 acres total. The staff was the friendliest I have met yet. The great thing is they have recycling, that is rare for sure. The view was great, the dinner they served was amazing and I was shocked that it would be 55 degrees in July in Arizona...we slept with the windows wide open. We made another reservation for Labor Day weekend and will def. recomend this kamp to our friends. The manager told me the kampground was 42 years old.....well I couldnt tell. They also had teepee's which my kids loved. All in all a great old kampground with free wifi and morning breakfast! A+ Good job Flagstaff KOA! Very clean, beautiful setting and thanks for the relief from the summer heat!

Altho most of our RV trips are spent in KOA'S, Our stay in Flagstaff was a disappointment to say the least! We expected much better in this wonderful mt. town. We arrived only to find the campground small, crowded and in dis-array. We had booked 30 amp service, but upon arrival, we were handed a flyer stating 30 amp would blow our fuses as well as theirs. The tiny roads/pathways were difficult to navigate and park a 28 ft motorhome/towing. Their was no grass and the blacktop was filthy. We had to wash our little Maltese dog every time we walked him. I am sooooooooo disappointed with this KOA!! We would NOT stay here again or recommend it to friends or relatives

My husband and I decided to rent a cabin at the Flagstaff KOA. We spent $34/night, less than half the cost of a room in Sedona or at the Grand Canyon. Also, the purpose of our vacation through the southwest was to explore the great outdoors. What better way to do this than camping!
Our cabin had a front porch with a swing and a picnic table out front. The KOA is located in a peaceful setting with beautiful views. The restroom facilities included showers and were clean and adequate. There was also a small store on the property.
