The accommodations were terrific. We had a 1BR with a loft, full kitchen, fireplace, a hot tub on the porch and a beautiful wrap-around deck. The combination living room/dining room looked out over the beautiful smokey mountains. All sheets, pillows, blankets, pots, pans, dinnerware etc. were all provided. Appliances such as iron, coffee-maker, microwave were all provided as well. The accommodations were clean and well maintained.
Renting a log cabin can be a bit of an expense but I recommend you do it at least once to experience the beauty.
This particular place was just down the road from Dollywood but far enough away to be peaceful.
There was a quaint country store on the property and a church was being built at the time we were there---should be finished by now.
The only disadvantage to this place was that there was no other activity such as a pool or game room or clubhouse.
There are many other rentals that do provide those amenities and might be more appropriate for those with children.
