The concierge offered many services, and provided us with a list of restaurants nearby that the hotel recomended. They also offer car rental service and will bring the car to the hotel for you.
The business center contained one computer with Internet access. It was free and open 24 hours a day. A room key was needed for access. There was also a fitness center in the hotel, but we did not use it.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to the downtown area shops, malls, and other events. This shuttle was not running while we were there, and was unavailable from December 21 to January 5th.
The Room was above average size and quiet. I was able to hear noise from the ajoining room in the hallway, but not in my room.
The room included two double beds, a small table with two chairs, a desk with one chair, and an armoire with a televison. The desk lamp contained phone and power connections for a laptop computer.
The bathroom contained one sink, a standard size tub/shower, and an elongated standard toilet. It was a standard size bathroom for the caliber of the hotel. There was a hairdryer and a coffee maker in the bathroom. The soaps, shampoos, and lotions were from Bath & Body Works, the Juniper Breeze scent.
The closet contained an ironing board and iron, and an above average amount of hangers.
Overall, this hotel was very elegant and our stay was very pleasant.
