This hotel is within 3 minutes' walking distance of the Terminal Norte bus station, about 15 to 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. It's good for a stay when taking a bus from the nearby terminal in the morning.
Shoehorned into an irregular space, most units have windows (not much to see anyway) that open a few inches (no screens). The rooms were very clean, fairly bright, reasonably sized, and fairly quiet. The hotel staff was friendly; one person spoke English, while the rest tolerated bad Spanish very well. I paid MN$270 for a smoking queen bedroom (one person, one night). The bathroom had a tub, shower, sink, soap, shampoo, and outlets. The room also had a phone, color cable TV, and modern, uninspired amenities.
The restaurant serves mostly regional businesspeople, with decent food, service, prices, and hours. There were no vending machines, but the restaurant can cater to most requests. Small stalls nearby and a convenience store around the corner are open late and offer better prices.
