We were a little disappointed with the space in our studio. We knew it would be small, but do not plan on trying to fit more than a couple in a studio room. You will be sorry if you do. It has a pull-down full size bed, which we did not really expect. It also has a sleeper sofa, but you wouldn't want to fulfill their max limit of four people in this studio, one bathroom unit.
The kitchen had new cabinets, stove, and refrigerator. It appeared to have new living room furniture and a new paint job with new carpet. I would have been overall pleased, even with the lack of space; however, the bar stools around the tiny kitchen bar were covered in stains. Also, the curtains did not completely cover the front window and needed replaced and I was very displeased to find mold around the windows. The front desk agreed to the presence of this condensation and said that it would soon be corrected when the unit received a new roof.
I think this resort could be okay with a little more care and maintenance, and I can tell that the resort is making strides to get there.

The efficiency oceanview is a small 325 sq. feet with a murphy bed. It's OK for two, but no larger than a normal motel room. Better is a one bedroom of 470 sq. feet. Best is the oceanfront one bedroom of 430 sq. feet with a small balcony. There are only four of them: numbers 101, 201, 301, and 401.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
