Casino and Sabarro for food

Best Things About the Resort:
Friendly staff and Taxi driver Beverly 242/361-6345 ask for her she can suggest some great places to eat. Bertha go go ribs. and watch out for the local drink "Sky Juice" It's Grrrrreat.

Resort Experience:
The hotel is still in need of a facelift. The hotel did suffer some damage from hurricane Francis. Beds are on the soft side, overall good rooms. Watch out for food prices at the Hotel. The pool was under construction so it should be ready by October. I think the Hurricane of 2004 hurt this hotel a lot all of the beach activies were closed. Also watch for the hotel add ons, about $40 per day.

Easy to get downtown by bus.

Best Things About the Resort:
The casino was very nice.

Resort Experience:
This resort is a good place to stay. It is not a Gold Star resort in my book, but it was decent. There are not a lot of amenities here. However, it was a nice place to relax and unwind. For people who like the beach but not necessarily the ocean, there is a very nice cove to swim in. The ocean beach area was pretty small, however.

Cable Beach and the casino.

Best Things About the Resort:
It had everything you needed in the facility!

Resort Experience:
It's a large resort, but it is on the older side. It has tons of restaurants, entertainment, a casino, a pool, etc. There is plenty to do. Just keep in mind that the resort is in need of a facelift. We had a great time!

Best Things Nearby:
Set right on the beach, several restaurants are within walking distance, with a casino on site.

Best Things About the Resort:
They have a friendly staff, good range of activities, several dining options. There's loads & loads of sun loungers by the pool & on the beach.

Resort Experience:
The Crystal Palace has recently changed hands & is now owned by Wyndhams. My room was large & came complete with TV, mini bar, hairdryer, toiletries, etc., but the best thing was the stunning view across the beach & ocean. The room was always clean, but definitely in need of re-painting, especially the bathroom & balcony area. In fact the whole resort could have done with a lick of paint - I put this down to the fact it had recently changed hands. The beach & pool area were well equipped with sun loungers, although again some were well past their prime & there were occasions when the beach badly needed litter patrol. I was there in November & the sun left the pool area by about 2pm & the beach by 3.30pm
