Fantastic Budget Hotel & Perfect Location!

Fantastic Budget Hotel & Perfect Location!

Comfort Suites was a really nice basic hotel. The rooms were mini suites with a separate sitting area. The grounds are very well kept and so are the rooms. It includes free breakfast which is coffee, tea, juice, muffins, cereal, toast, mixed cold cuts and hard boiled eggs. The hotel is very quite unlike the Atlantis which is across the street where it's non-stop activity. The other good thing about this hotel was guests were allowed to use The Atlantis facilities and you are given a card where you can charge food, drinks etc back to your account at Comfort Suites. There are some shops situated across the the street in a strip-mall it has a liquor store, restaurants, retail clothing stores, arts and crafts. There is a Canadian Bank of Nova Scotia about 100 meters away with a 24hr ATM. Avoid using the private ATM's in the casino and hotel lobby they charge a $5 service fee and they limit you to $200 per transaction. Why? because they want you to do another transaction so they can charge you another $5! The area around the hotel is very safe and I walked on my own late at nights without a worry. I would stay here again, it's excellent value for the money.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites Paradise Island. It was a lovely hotel. The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful. We have stayed at this hotel twice. Many people don't realize that if you stay at the Comfort Suites, you get to use all of the Atlantis activities. It is a very short walk to get over to the Atlantis. The Atlantis is a very popular hotel, which means a ton of people and noise. The best part of the Comfort Suites is that when you come back to the hotel, it's so quiet! You also get a free breakfast, which isn't much, but hey, it's free! We all know how much we spend on food when we're on vacation! The pool area is very nice. Every time I went down to the pool area, it was very clean and quiet. Plus, it has a swim-up bar!

This hotel is everything you would expect from a Comfort Suites. It has oversize rooms with a living area and a bedroom. There area clean, comfortable furnishings and an adequate pool.

It is nothing to brag about, but there are really good reasons to stay here. One, it is next door to the Atlantis Hotel. Two, you have access to all of the amenities next door, including the pools, slides, and signing privileges, but the cost is less and it is not as crowded or overwhelming as the Atlantis.

If you want to save a few dollars, but still enjoy everything the Atlantis has to offer, I would stay here. Plus, you get a free continental breakfast and the rooms come with a refrigerator to store snacks and drinks.

We really enjoyed our hotel. We had two double beds and a pull out couch in our room. In addition, there was a washer and dryer available for guests. The outdoor pool had a swim up bar. The hotel offered snorkeling lessions in the pool. The hotel is across the street from the Atlantis (the big Hotel). We had all privilages at the Atlantis as guests. Stay here and save money.
