The hotel is right across the street from a train terminal that takes you directly to the main train station in the center of the city. From there you can get anywhere by way of transit. The hotel was run by four people in their twenties. They spoke good english and were helpful if you asked. However, at times did not seem too organized. There was a small restaurant attached to the hotel and the food there was excellent and relatively inexpensive. We had a couple of meals there.
