This B&B is one of the Belleview Avenue mansions. It was purchased by a Newport resident and turned into a B&B. The rooms, I would say, are a typical B&B experience. The house itself is magnificent. It has large public rooms and a huge dining room. Our room was a two-room suite, the second room being a small loft up in the attic. It was quite cozy if a little warm. The air conditioner could have done a better job. A nice touch is that the soap dish was actual Rosenthal porcelain with a Peynet scene on it. Nowhere but Newport. . .
There is a heated swimming pool, which is uncommon for a B&B. The best part is that you get to stay on the famed Belleview Avenue, having The Breakers, Rosecliff, and Marble House as your neighbors!
