After getting out of the train, we had no idea where we should stay. First, it's not that cheap to live in Vienna, especially when you want to live near City centre. Second, no one was willing to help us in the train station. All staff were so cool, and they didn't give us any information, except 'The Information Office is in the city centre!'
WHAT? If I can get to the city centre, I won't get into troubles with finding a place to stay! Anyway, I tried to search the hotel page in my guide book... Looking for the one I have marked when I was on the train...
Quisisana... The price should be okay... But the lady that I phoned to... didn't speak English too well... I just knew that it's 40 euros per night, and the breakfast is included. That's all, I even couldn't get the answer when I asked her, how to get there!
We asked the tabacco shop, and got on the bus... After walking for a few minutes, we arrived there. The old couple have run this pension for more than 30 years. The lift in the pension building.. do you know how old it is? Nearly 100 years! It's like a cell or a cage... and I feel so excited when I used it!
The room is very clean, the bed is made of wood. It looks very classic! = ) We like it very much, though it's too small to accommodate all my luggages.
The breakfast is too small, only 2 rolls and coffee = ( This is the only thing that made me unhappy about our stay.
By the way, it is near the city centre, and opposite the pension, there is a net cafe! Convenient and cheap!
