They claim the rooms have air-conditioning, but the tiny window unit in our room just barely blew out any air at all and the window did not open, so we felt a bit frustrated with that. Usually, air-con would not be needed in Montreal, but the days were in the 90s for our short stay. The rooms do have private bathrooms, which is a luxury in this town, but the bathrooms were still down the hall from the room. The service was really good and the breakfast was OK.
Overall, I think the place was a bit overpriced (at $105 Canadian), but if you find yourself in a pinch (as we were), I suppose you could do worse.
