Dublin is a great city and The Hostel I stayed at is one of the best of the many I have come across on my travels. The Place was so clean, had a terrific atmosphere, very friendly, happy and funny staff... and had an exciting blend of people staying, from the beautiful to the wonderfully eccentric! A hostel perfect for the fun-lovin'folk... unbelievable stay!

We stayed in a dormitory room, which wasn't bad except the bathroom was shared with another dormitory room. So that meant two bathroom stalls, two showers, and two sinks for a lot of people. The floor was uneven so there were puddles of water all over the small bathroom, and we waited in line for everything. People left their things all over, leaving no room to put something down only for the time you were to be in the bathroom. The hostel itself is somewhat out of the way, but not much more than any other, better, cleaner hostel. The breakfast was slightly better than ones found in other hostels, but if you want a clean bathroom don't look here!

The accommodation was very welcoming and the reception staff friendly and always joking about something or another. We booked a double room for about 60 Euros. The room was very clean and modern. We also had breakfast included in the price and were provided with unlimited amounts of food while we caught up on the news and relaxed in the comftable dining area. This would be a nice place to stay for a few days if required, right in the heart of Dublin with all sites within walking distance.

This building was almost wasted as a hostel. I woke on my first morning and sat for some time on the end of the bed watching the Liffey flow by my window. This tall Georgian building has been beautifully fitted and has all the facilities the discerning traveller could wish for. Brimming with character and with friendly staff at a decent price. Add this to the prime location (just around the corner from Christ Church) and i couldn't give a higher recommendation.
