Room was fine, it featured the "heavenly" shower head and amenities like down comforter were nice. The service wasn't very good however. First they gave us a single king bed when we requested a double queen. The bell boy was not friendly and was very cold to us the two days we were there. The front desk gave us directions to the "T" station, but neglected to give us directions to the "T" station that would take us into Boston, which we had requested. After getting lost and driving 20 minutes the wrong way we realized they must have given us incorrect directions. We got better directions from the clerk at a nearby gas station. I expected better customer service from a Westin.

This hotel is located about 25 minutes from downtown Boston, off the Totten Pond Road exit of I95. It is about 10 minutes from Brandeis University. The hotel was recently renovated and has nicely sized rooms. I stayed in a regular room as well as a Jr. Suite. The suite, during my recent stay, was quite nice. A small living room with a sofa, armchair, TV and entrance to the restroom. The bedroom was separated by a door, and had a large window. There was a desk-like contraption with a comfortable chair, another TV and a large, comfortable bed. The hotel has a small indoor pool, hot tub and a sauna (dry). There is a restaurant that serves buffet-style brunch on Sundays. Free self-parking is available in the adjacent garage.
