The Morgans Hotel is a very charming and kind of eccentric place to stay. The lobby is small and nicely decorated, but not ornately done. We were upgraded to a superior room so it was a comfortable size to move around in. The bed was a platform bed, unusual, but pleasant. There was a comforter on the bed, which made it very cozy. During our stay the staff was incredibly helpful; they helped track down and coordinate a meeting with my brother when my cell phone died. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast that even included fresh orange juice! I would recommend the Morgan Hotel in Manhattan for people who do not expect a large, glitzy lobby or a large hotel room. So if you enjoy boutique hotel stays you will like this one.
