Whale watching boat ride from S. Wellsfleet (discount fare through activities person). Centrally located to go to many areas of the Cape.
Best Things About the Resort:
Walking distance to access harbor for boat to Nantucket Island. On Main St, you can walk to restaurants and souvenir shops, but has road traffic and karoke noise as well.
Resort Experience:
Studio unit of this hotel conversion unit was small, not a good choice for more than 2 adults and a small child. The pool hours closed too early for our vacationing style, but the pool and hot tub were very nice.
This was our first time to Cape Cod and there was so much to see. We enjoyed visiting the many different lighthouses, beaches, nautical shops, and enjoyed the seafood. We even enjoyed a day trip to tour Boston and bike riding on Nantucket Island.
The local schools were still in session in mid-June to our surprise, so it was still the off-season.
We would like to return to the area again, but would chose accommodations that are not in a downtown area.
