Best Things About the Resort:
large size, plenty of activities, central location on the Cape

Resort Experience:
Very nice resort, centrally located. A lot of things to do if you don't want to leave the resort, including racquetball, tennis, indoor pool/sauna, shuffleboard, bike rental. We had a three-bedroom unit. First floor had large master bedroom with TV, full kitchen and bath, living room and dining room. Second floor had two smaller bedrooms and full bath.

Best Things Nearby:
Breakwater Fish and Lobster Market where you could pick out your lobster, have them steam it, and bring it back for dinner. Close to restaurants, beaches, shopping, Nickerson State Park. There is also a paved bike path running several miles which is off the main road and runs through the park. Golf courses are within 5 miles. Our favorite course, Chatham Seaside Links, is nearby. We like this 9-hole course which is quite hilly. Don't be put off because it's not an 18-hole course - it's quite challenging. Don't miss a visit to the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History which offers guided tours through the salt marshes to the beach (on the bay). Our guide was an elderly lady, about 80 years old, and she sure knew her Cape Cod history. For dining there are upscale and trendy restaurants as well as family oriented (more affordable) places. Lots of fish markets where you can buy your fine fish dinner, eat it there or bring it home. In East Orleans we found Joe's Beach Road Bar & Grill at The Old Barney Neck Inn, which features Mediterranean fare as well as good old American food.

Best Things About the Resort:
Brewster Green is in a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle of a popular vacation area. It's comparatively small and not pretentious. If you don't like to climb stairs, the units are all ground level. The grounds are well groomed and there is a great play area for kids of all ages. There is an outdoor pool (seasonal) and an indoor pool. No golf course, but there is a 3-hole putting green, tennis courts, racquetball and shuffleboard.

Resort Experience:
The unit was very clean and very spacious. It is very well kept and in good repair. The master bedroom featured cherry furniture with a luxurious king-size bed, with walk-in closets, TV and private bathroom. The second bedroom had twin beds and there is also a second bathroom. There was a full eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. The full dining room had sliding glass doors that opened onto a patio with a gas grill for cooking outdoors. The large living room accommodated a sleep sofa, TV, and side chairs. A washer/dryer was located in a shutter-door closet off the kitchen.

Since it was the off-season it was not crowded, but there were enough guests to keep us company. We had two rainy days and since the unit was large, we didn't feel "cooped in." Even in rainy weather there is always something to do or see.

Resort Experience:
Older timeshare but kept up nice. Needs some updating. On website and in directory, the distances are incorrect to places. Closed down the facilities by 8:45pm -- way too early for my family!

Best Things About the Resort:
Located right on a golf course; very good activities; indoor and outdoor pool; near a lot of tourist attractions; very good restaurants nearby with local seafood.

Resort Experience:
These were very nice duplex units with washing machines in each and all the rest of the amenities. There are nightly activities for the guests and always something to do if you want to.

Best Things About the Resort:
Polite and pleasant staff will welcome you to this resort with beautifully furnished units that are almost homes in themselves.

Resort Experience:
A two bedroom unit at Brewster Green has a large living room with an almost complete home theater and a fire place right next to a dining room for eight. One of the bedrooms has two twin beds that can easily be pushed together. The other room has a king bed and its own bathroom. Another bathroom is accessed from the hallway. Regardless of destination, I enjoy bringing my own shampoo and bodywash, which was very helpful in this case as Brewster Green does not provide those little bottles of shampoo you might expect in a hotel. Both baths have jet-tubs, which is fantastic if you're not the type that enjoys being in a crowded hot-tub by the pool.

The unit had a roomy kitchen with another breakfast table for four, and a variety of kitchen gadgets, from the popcorn popper to the blender (some of which I don't even have at my apartment). The back porch of the unit had a summer table for six and, no less, two grills. The swimming pool at Brewster Green has a seriously deep end, so please be watchful of your children and any inexperienced swimmers or divers.

Overall, if you would like to enjoy a day at home without any uninvited guests, telemarketing calls, or emergencies, Brewster Green can be that home for you.
