Best Things Nearby:
Shopping, restaurants, boating, beaches, and scenic points.

Best Things About the Resort:
It is a very private and quiet resort right on the sunny Kona Coast. There are several restaurants, shops, and snorkel beaches nearby. There is a wonderful concierge on site that can plan all of your activities for you. They even have a massage therapist that will come to your condo if you like. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Resort Experience:
The two-story condos are huge with big bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The master bedroom has a huge king bed and the windows in the room go from floor to ceiling looking out to the beautiful grounds. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a washer/dryer. There are several swimming pools and hot tubs right outside your door. There is a daily maid service too. The grounds are beautiful with fountains, palm trees, and flowers.

Best Things Nearby:
Beaches with sea turtles, sacred sites, Kona.

Best Things About the Resort:
The units are huge in a nicely landscaped resort. Nicely decorated.

Resort Experience:
We had a two-story, two-bedroom unit. The unit was tastefully decorated in a tropical style. The unit was spacious. The two bedrooms were downstairs with two full baths downstairs. The washer and dryer was in a closet in the hall between the bedrooms. The upstairs had a large living room and full kitchen and half bathroom. It also had a lanai which had a good view of the pool. We spent a lot of time on the lanai. They unit had an entertainment system and even a Hawaii Monopoly game we played on our lanai to our daughter's delight.

My only real complaint with the unit was the carpets were badly in need of cleaning. I wore slippers the whole time. Thankfully the rest of the unit was very clean.

We were so busy doing other things that the only resort activities we participated in were the introduction breakfast and the Hula Mai Tai/pizza party one night, which was great fun for everyone. They had a hula dancer and musician who taught mostly kids to dance and had fresh flower hairpieces for the kids to make.

Best Things About the Resort:
The units were quite large and very spacious. In addition there is a pool and hot tub near every building.

Resort Experience:
We were extremely happy with this timeshare, and it's the second best one that we have ever seen or stayed at. Everything is relatively close and the resort staff were very good. The units were well-furnished, spacious, and very clean. Any small problems we had were solved immediately and the staff went out of their way to add activities we wanted.

To sum it up, paradise. I didn't believe it until I saw it with my own eyes. From Kona coffee fields to active volcanoes. One day we took the day and drove to both Black Sands Beach and Green Sand Beach. What a trip.

The resort is a five-star Gold Crown and is worthy of it. The cars are parked in a lot, but the staff will bring you to your room in a golf cart. We had a lot of fun here.
