This resort is brand new and absolutely stunning. The rooms are all modernly decorated and very spacious. All the rooms have air-conditioning and fully equipped kitchens and laundries, and some of the deluxe rooms even have spa baths. Most have big lovely balconies. The resort also has an on-site swimming pool, gym, tennis court, and barbeque facilities. The resort is centrally located to Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise.

This is a brand new building only opened in October 2004; it has a great pool area outside. There is also a tennis court, a kids' playground, and a BBQ area. The apartments are modern and spacious.
