Upon entering this resort, I was transported to somewhere in Southeast Asia, probably Bali, but hang on, I’m in Kingscliff in northern New South Wales. This resort, though, does give you the feeling that you are staying at a resort in Bali or the like, from the stone statues to the running water features to the louvered windows.
This resort is approximately q block from the beautiful Northern New South Wales’ famous beaches, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés as well.
The units have a Balinese theme, which is carried on throughout the resort. The units are extremely large and luxurious, with full modern kitchens and beautiful bathrooms. The two-bedroom units also have an en-suite bathroom. These units also have a stereo system, cable TV, laundry facilities, and air-conditioning in each unit. The things I liked most about this resort were the private balconies/terraces with louvered windows, which can open up to expose the balcony or close if you would like a little more privacy. These units have a very romantic feel to them.
The facilities at the resort are very good, and there is a central pool and spa area along with barbeques. The resort also has a gym and steam room.
The resort is a great alternative if the Gold Coast is booked out, as you can still visit the attractions of this area and it is only about 1 hour to the theme parks.
