Around the corner is Sandy's Pub, or if you want to have a drink on the balcony there is a bottle shop right next door to the resort. A great deli for snacks, or take in a movie at the theatre nearby.
Rainbow Bay is a walk down the road, it is very popular with locals and visitors alike, a great little village town.
You're half an hour away from the heart of Surfers and all the
hinterland is at your doorstep and you can find your way out into subtropical settings within 20mins. Or take a drive down to Byron Bay, which is Australia's most easterly point, and see the spectacular views from Cape Byron Lighthouse. Best Things About the Resort:The views from the rooms are amazing, and the unit sizes are very spacious. On site the facilities are great. An activities programme is in the foyer and there is too much choice, for the mums there is a kid’s club for $5 for 3 hours.
All the staff are like family and are on call and very friendly - no request is too much.
Enjoy the two spas/pool, sauna, pool table, gym and BBQ, which is set in a private garden area. The lawns stretch out over the front of the resort facing the beach, and attached here is a private fenced toddlers' pool. You can hire bikes and surf boogie boards at no charge. Videos are available for $6.00 approx for inhouse viewing...so many great things about this resort, you'll love it.
Resort Experience:Great position views from every room of the beach and hinterland.
The resort’s own rooms are being renovated presently up to the 12th floor. They are all freshly renovated and painted. Some one-bedrooms are separated by a curtain, rooms A & H have doors, all rooms have air-conditioning, and a great kitchen and large lounge area. All rooms have large balconies, so you can sit outside at the end of the day and enjoy the cool sea breezes and the views.
Two-bedroom units have double bedroom/two single beds and pullout sofa, full kitchen, large balcony, it's great.
Note: There is another high-rise being constructed on the A/H room side and it is a little noisy. The Sandy Pub which on the main street tends to be noisy as it is a popular place for night owls to go.

The furnishings were very comfortable and in excellent condition, and there was complete privacy from each bedroom to the bathroom and ensuite.
Definitely a place to return to!
