Description: Super!!! This was a return trip for us and we stayed at our favorite inn. However, this time we opted to stay in room one (picture attached). We loved the porch outside our room and often ate our breakfast there. My husband would bring a tray from the extensive breakfast buffet up to the room. This was a wonderful way to start the day. Afterwards, we would have the staff make us a dinner reservation and then talk to them about their recommendations for that day's outing. Our room was clean, comfortable and tropical in its appearance. We especially like the hand-painted furniture in the lobby (done by a local artist) and all the original island art. Since we were there over the Easter weekend, we were treated--as were all the guests-- to a special happy hour. In addition to the usual happy-hour drinks and hors d'oeuvres, the staff provided all the guests with hard-boiled eggs and dyes. What fun it was to dye eggs again, and the spirit of camaraderie was super. A great time was had by all of us. This was a real highlight.
