We had two double beds in our room. They were clean and comfortable. Order from the pillow menu what you like. The bathroom was clean and nice as well. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. There was a minibar and complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There wasn't much of a view, but we were so tired exploring the city, it didn't matter.

There is a lounge and bar with a lovely garden court outside. It was very warm, though - too warm - we opened the windows to let some of the heat out. The location is right across the street from the Gloucester Street Tube stop, and there are two bus stations right there, a post box on the corner, a couple of restaurants, a small market and a major supermarket, and some lovely shops all on the same block.
