This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and you simply can't beat the location!
The rooms were very well-decorated in light yellows and neutral colors. The rooms were also very substantial in size. Because there were three people in my group, we opted to pay $10 more for a suite, and we were truly impressed. The "living" area was bigger than my own home! Unlike most hotels, there was a large open space in the middle of the floor.
The location is right off Michigan Avenue, half a block away. Superior Street is right in the thick of the Magnificent Mile.
The hotel's "pub" was also fantastic. The service was great, and the food was exceptional, offering a wide range of Irish and English meals and drinks.
Parking is a bit of an issue (a different company handles parking for the hotel), like most hotels in large cities. I would suggest checking rates at nearby garages (that your car is parked in) before opting for the valet parking if you are on a budget.
