WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

  • April 22, 2007

When put in valet my car came back with a huge scratch! When asked what would be done about this I was evaded and received a call 2 days later. I tried to file a report but was not contacted and hotel tried to blame the valet service without taking ownership. BEWARE!

We've stayed at Club Quarters in several cities and have always been pleased. This one has the best location you could ask. Yes, the rooms are small. This is a business hotel catering to people who probably only sleep there; no pool, thus no kids. We always find it clean and well stocked. Have on occassion been upgraded, unasked, to room with fridge, micro, etc. Price seems to be creeping higher, but then aren't they all.

Disappointed

This is an odd hotel, from the tiny rooms to the cold and aloof staff you feel like you are on the set of a Fellini film. They have plastered all over the walls about the great rates they offer for weekend stays but when I inquired why I was being charged more than double I was told the member needs to request the special in advance! How ridiculous, why post it if you don't want to give it. The sum total of the amenities in the lobby consisted of 1 pitcher of ice water! I definitely wouldn't go back.
