Rooms were well decorated, with new en-suite bathrooms. Some building work on the ground floor, but not noticeable in the rooms. Breakfasts were basic - croissants, bread, jam, tea, and coffee. All self-service.
Very good for the money in terms of location - took 5 minutes of walking to get to St. Marks Square. And less to get to the Punto Accademia to cross the Grand Canal.
