Timeshare Sales Center

They are only interested in selling you another time share. The buildings are very noisy ,They place children on the top floor and couples on the bottom floor and won't move you unless you buy more timeshare points.

Best Hawaiian Experience

The Bali Hai was everything and more my boyfriend and I could have asked for. It was amazing, would definitely recommend it. It's close to everything but far enough away that you feel relaxed when you return "home" to the villas. The best thing about it was that it was so close to Hanalei Bay which was by far my favorite beach on Kauai. Everyone was awesome that worked there and they also booked us a sunset cruise up the Na Pali coast. Which by the way was amazing, we saw sea turtles, whales, dolphins and 2 manta rays!
Definitely a 5 star vacation!

This resort is located on the North shore of Kauai, in Princeville. It is part of a timeshare, and the maintenance is around $900.00 for a week. I think that is a very good price for the 2-bedroom, 2-bath with full kitchen, and laundry in the unit. It has a very tropical decor and there is plenty of room for six people to sleep and live comfortably. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed, the second bedroom has either a double, or two twin beds and the couch is a queen size sofa sleeper. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are in good condition. They have great concierges who are glad to help you book any kind of tour that you want to try for the best prices. It is great for any kind of travelers. Couples, families and groups.

Best Things About the Resort:
beautiful condo and beautiful pool

Resort Experience:
The condo itself is very contemporary and quite luxurious. But we had just spent a week at the Makai Club and had an incredible view; now we just had a view of another condo. If you are looking for a magnificent-looking condo and a pool to lie by all day, then this is for you. The kitchen is equipped extremely well, with a dining room table and bar stools, and there’s also a DVD, CD, stereo, and TV in the bedroom and living room. The bedroom is closed off nicely. The bathroom has a nice-sized dressing area and a great jacuzzi tub. Unfortunately, our trip was made not so pleasant by a staff that was not helpful and a salesman who was insulting (this was reported).

Best Things Nearby:
Beaches surround the entire island and mountains on the other side! MUCH shopping and coffee shops! GO TO FOODLAND INSTEAD OF SAFEWAY - PRICE AND QUALITY OF FOOD IS MUCH BETTER! BEACHES, BEACHES, AND MORE BEACHES! They all have their own personality!

Best Things About the Resort:
The staff was fantastic! Eugene and KiKi were wonderful! We played BINGO - that was so much fun! I learned how to make leis - that was relaxing, and I cannot forget about the sand-bottom Jacuzzi!

Resort Experience:
There was construction going on next to us - we appreciated the fact that they did not do their work until after 8am, and they had closed off this area to ensure privacy.
