Resort Experience:
The room we were given was very small and smelly. When we asked the RCI rep. if they had any other rooms (and we will even pay for an upgrade), we were told there weren’t any, but when we went to the front desk we were given a much better room at no extra charge. We spent hours trying to change our room.

It is misleading to say that it has 8 restaurants when only one is open at each meal time. We had to stand in line each time to get into the restaurant and again to get the food. The food was of poor quality. Not a lot of variety.

Resort should not be a golden crown. We felt we were lied to by the RCI rep. about the availability of rooms. Standing in line to eat when it is hot and humid is not a pleasant experience. The water went out when we were in the shower, and it would stay out for a lot of the time.

You can tell this was a five-star resort at one time. It is starting to show its age, though. Definitely in need of some improvements.

The beach at this hotel is beautiful! There are great entertainment shows for you and your family. We loved the swim-up bar. How convenient is that? This is a hotel that is not just for couples -- you can bring your kids here and they'll have just as much fun as you. They even have books at this resort that you can borrow and read while lounging in paradise! This is a resort for everyone. You never have to even leave the resort to have fun!

The market downtown and Senor Frogs.

Best Things About the Resort:
The service was great and the employees were great.

Resort Experience:
The rooms are ok, but the air conditioning is not -- there are too many rooms and they are all too warm. The food is average. There's too much pressure to purchase at timeshare. The shows each night were wonderful and the performers were very talented and hard-working. The beach was extraordinary. I loved the beach and could have stayed there all day.

If they improved the air conditoning, this would be a perfect place for vacationing and relaxing. I enjoyed my trip and had a wonderful time with my sister. This was our first trip together out of the United States.

Excellent, clean, friendly, great food. If you go on more than two tours, it's not worth the inclusive rate. Four pools with lots of entertainment. Theatre shows in the hotel. The jacuzzis aren't hot. Mostly a family and couples place. Lots of kids.
