30th Wedding Anniversary

Located near Termini station on the east side of the central area. Very convenient to hop on metro or bus. The hotel restaurant, Vivende, had a four course prix-fare special for 90 euros. A good deal for one of the most exclusive restaurants in all of Rome. Turn down service each day and they replace courtesy water bottles daily. The doors open and close quietly so you don't hear the neighbors arriving or leaving. Rooms are high ceiling with chandelier and moulding throughout. Room size is huge by US standards not to mention European. Full tub separate from full shower with 2 sink vanity in bathroom. Robes of course. We had a king size bed, couch, and desk with plenty of room to move around. Would definitely stay again!

"There is a reason this hotel has won so many awards. We were treated fabulously, whilst staying in one of the most beautiful hotels I've seen"

From the time I entered, my eyes were impressed! Great service, they catered to my every need. About a 20 minute walk (via the subway) to the Spanish Steps and shopping! I'd definitely stay there again.

Very much enjoyed my stay. Not only plush but very comfortable. Staff wonderfully accommodating. Location accessible to all.

The St. Regis Grand Hotel is a truly grand and magnificent place. Despite all of this I don’t think it was worth the extravagant prices. The room and food at the hotel were both outrageously expensive.

The hotel is incredibly lavish with marble everywhere. The hotel went through a major renovation in 1999 and the results show. This has to be one the most lavish and beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. I felt like I was royalty staying here. Despite all of this I don’t think I would stay here again unless I win the lottery.

My recommendation would be to pick a less expensive hotel unless you are after an extravagant and lavish experience.
