We had did not get the inclusive "package," figuring we'd go out for dinner at least, which was a big mistake, because the prices are HIGH!!! If the hotel is just a sleepover spot for you, then it’s an okay place, but expensive.
I wasn't able to play golf as originally planned due to a broken foot, but what I saw of the golf course looked very nice and well maintained. If you're a resort guest its $125 per round - not really unexpected for a resort course. Overall, the Cancun Hilton would rate just okay to us.

Service was exceptional, maid sevice twice a day and people everywhere that could help.
Pool was huge and spread out (perhaps the best pool in Cancun) with a swim up pool bar. 2 restaurants (Spices [buffet] and a japanese/seafood place), you can eat at the kiosk by the pool or the galileo lounge. A golf course is across the street. For entertainment there was a mariachi band MWF in the atrium, there was a fashion show around the pool one day. I wish there would have been a few more options to eat at here, as the hotel is pretty south from most places. Also the surf was pretty much red flag the entire time we were there so we didn't go into the ocean. We will be coming back here in the next few years for sure. Check out the website: click here.
