When we arrived, we were told that they didn't have our request of a non-smoking room (which I did confirm prior to leaving) on file. Apparently, only one building out of the 20 or so is non-smoking.
The overall accommodations were acceptable. We didn't get that "wow" feeling when we walked through our door. The unit we were assigned was an older unit and didn't resemble what was shown on their internet page. It was "nicely worn" and could probably use a coat of paint and updated wallpaper. The kitchen had everything you needed and when the icemaker broke down, a maintenance person was there to replace it within an hour. The second bedroom had a queen bed in it for our friends, but there was no TV in that room. Overall, the unit was nice and comfortable, but could use a slight makeover.
