Best Things Nearby:
Too much to list!! The "Back to the 70's" show was fantastic! Enjoyed the Ducks, the Branson Belle, and all the caves! Many places to shop, see, do.

Best Things About the Resort:
The only good thing was that it was nearby to the "yellow" route, which helped to keep us away from the major traffic.

Resort Experience:
We had the "B" unit, with the mini-kitchen. This is the "other half" of the two-bedroom lock-outs. Not enough room to even put our food for the week. No steak knives, no frying pan, silverware was kept in a container on top of the fridge. Not enough room for our clothes (there were only 3 of us).

We were asked to participate in a 30 minute "survey" about the resort, but it turned into over 2 hours of a sales pitch! We finally had to be rude to the man and just leave . . . I don't like being tricked. If I was looking to buy, I would have asked about available units. They obviously have some available, they're doing construction. Have never had to listen to a sales pitch in any other exchange we've ever done. We had made other plans and almost missed them!

Not nearly enough parking . . . about 12 spaces in front of our building that had over 30 units (the same for the building across the street, so you can imagine the problems). Our unit didn't have a washer/drier (unlike the bigger units). That's fine, I've used community laundry rooms before, but there were only two washers and two driers, which cost $2.50 a load (free for the other units).

Loved the area, will probably go back, but not to Spinnaker.

Best Things Nearby:
The theatres are within a five minute drive, also two large craft malls are within walking distance.

Best Things About the Resort:
The resort is about five years old and everything is bright and new.

Resort Experience:
The resort is easy to find and is close to the "timesaver routes" that enable you to get around Branson quickly and avoid the traffic on highway 76. Our unit was large and had a balcony overlooking the pool. The bathroom had a Jacuzzi tub as well as a large shower, and the kitchen had lots of counter and cupboard space. However, they only gave you enough diswasher detergent for two days so come prepared (you could buy it from them for 50 cents per packet, enough for one load).

We attended two of the resort meals, a spaghetti dinner and a cookout. During both of them, entertainers stopped by to give us a preview of their shows.

Best Things Nearby:
Very close proximity to all the shows and activities on the strip.

Best Things About the Resort:
Very spacious accommodations. Elevator access to all floors of the buildings.

Resort Experience:
We stayed in the newest building on site. We had a ground level room which was very nice and roomy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities on site were ok, including outdoor pool, game room, etc. The indoor pool was under construction. There was a shortage of parking spaces, but that wasn't too inconvenient. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Branson. Too bad you can only trade in once every four years.

Best Things Nearby:
One air-conditioned craft mall very close, plus a couple open-air craft malls nearby. Close to dining and the "alternate" route off the strip.

Best Things About the Resort:
Wonderful staff, great accommodations, lots of activities.

Resort Experience:
We were in the building farthest from the pool. Our unit had a fireplace, but no balcony. The kitchen was well equipped, which was nice when we wanted to have meals "at home" and relax from a day of other activities. The washer and dryer made it much nicer to pack for departure and it was nice to have a TV in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Very quiet, even with a family of four in the next unit. Parking was less than adequate, but renovations are being made to fix that problem.

Shows.

Best Things About the Resort:
The comfortable furniture, actual VCRs (not VCP), TVs had front A/V inputs, towels inside unit.

Resort Experience:
Check-in was smooth, very quick.

The complex itself is not a very large complex right now, only six buildings and still pretty new. We were assigned a unit in building six, an A unit plus a B unit combined. The A unit is a smaller unit and considered to be the one-bedroom lockout. The B unit is the one-bedroom suite. The A unit is a lot smaller than B. The kitchen is smaller, with a 13 cubic ft. fridge, smaller stove and the dishwasher is under the kitchen sink. It also has seating enough only for 2 at the dining room table. There is a king size bed in this unit connecting to the bathroom. There is no washer and dryer in the A unit and no whirlpool tub in there either. Both units had two 25-inch TVs, one in living area and in the bedroom. Since we had A and B combined, we had a total of four TVs. The kids loved it. There was Nickelodeon for the kids. There was a VCR (not a VCP) and a stereo with a CD player in the living room area. The VCR came in really handy when we had to tape a TV show for my 6 year old when we had a Branson show already planned. A plus on the TVs is that they all have front A/V inputs for gaming systems. The B unit has a larger kitchen, a formal dining table that seats six plus two more seats for the bar, an apartment size washer and dryer and also a larger 18 cubic foot refrigerator, a whirlpool tub for one and separate shower. It also has a porch off the living room area with wrought iron table with 4 chairs (not plastic). The furniture in both units was more upscale, and very comfortable. The A units are designed more in the country style while B is more of mission style. There was also ceramic tile in all areas that weren't carpeted, and the towels were nice fluffy ones, instead of inexpensive cheap ones.

The game room wasn't very big, but it had a pool table and a few video games including a pinball machine.

Local calls are free. We loved our stay here. The units were very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The pool area had a pool three to five feet, a kiddie pool and a hot tub. There is an indoor pool next to it also. You could request towels from the front desk, but do that before you get in the pool; you are not allowed in the lobby with wet clothes.

Do take the back way to get around Branson because 76 always seemed to be tied up with traffic.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.
