We were in the one-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. These units do not measure up to RCI Gold Crown standards for various reasons. They are categorized as able to accommodate four people, one couple in living room on a sofa bed and 1 couple in the master suite. But there is only one TV and one phone for whole unit in the master bedroom. There is no VCR. The kitchen sink is a tiny wet bar-size sink, so it's very difficult to do dishes. They provide minimal dishes for four. It was barely livable for just me and my husband. There was no dishwasher. Owners say that they do dishes, pots, and pans in the tub/shower stall. Beware that the beds are on concrete platforms, which are common in other resorts, such as Villa Del Palmar. Solmar provides good mattresses with a foam topper, but oh, my aching back.
Also be advised that the floors, walls, countertops, shower/tub stalls are ALL made of same concrete tile. This concrete flooring is very hard on the feet and joints to walk or stand on. Concrete tiles for the tub have wide concrete grouts. This is not sanitary, in my opinion, for use in a tub. The floor in front of bathroom sink vanity sinks toward a drain, so if you are short, you may not be able to reach the sink or mirror. You are standing in a ditch on a big drain in front of the sink vanity.
The master bath tub/shower stall is so huge that it is difficult to get in and out of. I am 5 feet and 10 inches and athletic, but I had trouble getting in and out of this room-size tub/shower stall. There were no security rails or handles.
Also, you should be warned of the dining chairs. They are so small and uncomfortable that they are not useable. The rattan seats are sagging, and the chair back points toward your back, making it hurt. We used the outdoor patio chairs for our dining chairs inside. Also be advised that if you are in Building I, J, or K, your units are near a food storage warehouse, and you will hear the generator noises and smell the diesel fuel all day and night.
