UniversalBest Things About the Resort:The size of the unit
The pool area
They did not try to hook us into a presentation.Resort Experience:This two-bedroom unit was just right for our family. The screened porch was wonderful to relax on with coffee in the morning. The welcome packet told us about the stores we needed to know about. The front desk was quick to help with directions to a spring-training game we drove to in Clearwater. The pool was beautiful, and we joined in a pool volleyball game that was going on. The Jacuzzi was nice for tired feet at the end of a day at the parks. The beds were all comfortable.

We recommend this for just a couple, families with children, and honeymooners. It's easy to find if you’re driving, and it’s accessible to every kind of entertainment.

Our units were in a building that had tile floors in all areas except the bedrooms. Other buildings had carpet in the living areas also.
The resort is small and all the buildings were within walking distance of the pool/clubhouse. This resort offers a craft program for children, giving parents the chance to relax at the pool on "adult time". There were many planned activities for children and most were complimentary or cost very little. The activity department had a pool party with trivia and games for adults and children twice a week. Catered lunch was available for a reasonable price. Don't miss the pizza and bingo night. It was great fun for the whole family. My 5- and 6-year-old grandchildren were able to follow along.
I just can't say enough about how wonderful this resort is. I can't wait to return. They certainly deserve the Gold Crown rating.

The first building we were in was really nice the second one we ended up in, left something to be desired. We asked them 2 times in two hours to come collect someone's smelly trash that had been left out on the walkway. Food was spilling out etc and it really gave off a horrible odor. My opinion is that we shouldn't have to contact them to remove this, they should have done it beforehand.
Pool area was small. Carpet and couch in the unit had stains of some sort. For a fairly new resort the rooms were worn. They should invest in some stain protection or clean better.
Not the best experience I have ever had....
