A Wonderful Birthday Weekend!

My husband and I stayed here in January to celebrate my birthday and it was a truly wonderful weekend. We went over to the owner's farm so my husband could snowshoe. I stayed inside and enjoyed the free wine tasting and relaxed near the fireplace. On Sat. night we walked from the inn across the street to the quaint Lenox village to have dinner, there were nice shops and art galleries and convenient to be able to walk and not have to find a place to park in the village. The inn was beautiful, you can picture yourself living there - having a huge breakfast buffet and hot coffee waiting for you each morning plus having a chef cook for you. The french toast and omelets were really delicious. We also loved the huge home baked chocolate chip cookies each afternoon. The people at the inn were warm and friendly and our room was very comfortable - loved the mattress and soft pillows. Also, as part of my birthday present, I scheduled a massage with Jess. There is a separate massage room at the inn and and the massage was heavenly. All in all, a special birthday weekend!
