You should assume that the rooms are small....thats just the way european rooms are. They were clean and the window had a good view of the streets. Its close to the tube and some good restaraunts which youll need because the hotels food stinks. The ...Read more

The staff in general are rude. The only person who was a pro was the conceirge. No one else smiled or seemed to care about service. I only ate one meal there - a continental breakfast that was over priced for what was offered.
