Juliana's is a fun experience!

On the Island of Saba, Juliana's is what it is meant to be, a small hotel with small rooms and great views to the ocean that serve the scuba divers well. The taxi will pick you up for your dives just outside your room. The open air Tropicana Cafe is steps away with a great view and very good food and service Free computers with online access and a pleasant room to sit and read with the Honor System for drinks from the ice box are all provided at Juliana's.
It is a very short, slightly hilly, walk to the little town area. The views are great and the whole experience is upbeat and different. You feel totally safe at all times on the Island.
SeaSabe is a great dive shop and Garvis and Peddi are wonderful locals that provide the taxi service on the hand built and curvy roads. I certainly recommend the whole experience to anyone looking for a small island with friendly locals and no McDonalds anywhere in sight.
ECO is the name of the game on Saba and the pride that goes with it is substantial.
I know of nothing else like it anywhere!
