Don't Stay Here

I didn't see any roaches, but always felt there were there. The food is terrible, the staff is terrible, the whole place should be demolished. The beach is across the street, so that's a plus, if you can get across the street without being killed by a crazed motorist! The Hilton is down the street, pay the extra bucks and stay there. Designer shopping is near by, so is a McDonald's and a Sushi restaurant.
Don't waste your money.

You feel like something might crawl on you. Price is not a bargain because they stick on charges like maid service of $* per day. Don?t eat there. Gift/snack shop is lousy. Don't pay in advance, you probably can?t get your money back. Staff was rude to other guest, but they were cordial to me. Staff doesn't worry about being fired, no one else would work there. One guy did standby and watch our luggage until we got our rooms. A regular flop house! You would do better sleeping on the beach. But the Hilton is down the street.
Don't stay here!

The hotel is just trying to stay open. The room rates look cheap compared to Atlantis, Sandals, Hilton, Wyndham, etc., but you get what you pay for. Besides they charge for daily maid service for each adult in a room - $*+, so it's no bargain. Food service is lousy. Rooms are lousy and dirty. I think I had one of the better rooms and it looked like a flop house. One pool was closed. Forget about using the Internet. One plus, beautiful beach across the street, if you can cross the street! Stay at the Hilton nearby, you can easily get to the beach. Downtown in walking distance.

Please listen to me and don't stay at this hotel, it was terrible. No hot water, dirty rugs, air conditioner didn't work, bed bugs, hotel staff were terrible very rude and dishonest. Can't say enought about this terrible place. Please don't stay at this mess.

The worst thing wa that there was no heated pool. The ocean was freezing at this time of year s I satyed dry. The shower in the room could not adjust. Only very hot ot cold water.
