This was the hotel from hell! it was fealthy, the elevator didnt work, our room key malfunctioned on numerous occasions, and the power was out for a whole day! im talking no water or electricity. the hallways were littered with dirty, soiled matresses, and garbage bags! the pool was absoulutly freezing to cold to even swim in. The hotel manger and front desk attendents are extremly rude, they wouldnt know good customer service skills if it was served to them on a silver platter. the moral of this story is dont make the same mistake we did.

This hotel is located to everthing you need on your vacation: beach and down town nassau. All in walking distance. Friendle hotel crew, clean rooms, good food in restaurant in lobby. Was there with 3 other family members and all enjoyed our stay. We will be back in june 2008 for one week. Can't go wrong with this hotel. Loved it

Great value for the money, location very good right across from the beach - easy walking to downtown shops. staff very friendly.

Room wasn't ready when we checked in so we were given free drink vouchers to the hotel's bar...great decision, we ended up meeting very helpful employees who told us the happenings around Nassau.
Everyone we encountered was helpful, friendly, and we felt safe the entire time!
Make sure you get down to Paradise Island, the beach is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

The owners of this hotel need to fully fund the Management Company so that this excellently located hotel can be staffed with quality hotel staff. This place is in dire need of renovation.
