Overcharged--$10 a day, against contract

They overcharged me in the end. 10 bucks a day--even though the material states that all fees are included--when I protested, they didn't budge. Then the man at the desk looked me in the eye and said he had told me this at check in
For the extra ten bucks, just stay at the Holiday Inn next door
Ps. No tennis courts or golf on cite?but the bars are nice
Terrible place to stay

The first room they tried putting us in was a disgrace; the ceiling was falling down, the rug was dirty and wet, the bathroom had mold growing in it and the room stuck terribly. The staff then put us in another room which was tolerable since we had no other choice. We complained to Travel agency but they did nothing.
Great Trip

The Palms was a great trip for the price. The service was everything we expected and more. The people were friendly and very helpful with directions to get around downtown Nassau. Most everything we wanted to do was within walking distance: Downtown, Straw market, Fish Fry for dinner etc. The views of the harbor were great. If we ever return to Nassau we would probably stay there again. Our room had a great view but I would probably ask for a different room that was a closer walk to the lobby.

My initial booking was for four nights. I found this resort very comfortable. I traveled alone and was very concerned about visiting this resort for the first time. I was enjoying my stay so much I extend my stay for two more days.
Not safe place to stay

Not recommend for couple or family to stay.
Someone broke into my hotel room and went thru my personal stuff.
The room is dirty and thing are falling apart. You need a hot shower? Don?t count on it. I also have to ask for towel every day.
It?s not safe to walk cross the street (West Bay; front of the hotel)
