Frustrating and disappointing

I have stayed in several area hotels. This was a bad experience. Although the people at the front desk tried to be helpful, they could not or would not address the myriad of problems I encountered. I depended on internet access as I needed to work on Friday. The internet did not work and the employees clearly did not understand what to do to assist the tech support people. The bathtub would not drain, the toilet ran all night, and was unfixable, When the toilet finally stopped running, it would not flush well. I asked to be moved to a property where the internet worked and they said I would have to move from New Hampshire to Massachusetts. (The only reason I was in NH was to be in NH; MA just wouldn't work for me.) Finally, as I was trying to continue to work with the internet support team (to help the hotel get it back on line), my phone stopped being able to call out. When I mentioned this problem to the front desk, instead of sending someone or trying to fix it, they said. "hmmm... that doesn't make any sense. It should work" Oh yeah, the exercise room they claim to have is a ticket to Gold's Gym - no clue where it was located; the internet wasn't working. Lastlym bed was old and you could feel the springs. My net: there are many affordable options in the Nashua area - choose anyone but this one. Was nice having 99 restaurant on the premises. And, the room was very large.
Overall - would reccomend

Granite INN Nashua NH, 15 miles from Manchester Regional Airport - easy to get to - great location - less that five minutes from friends - three - seven minutes from downtown - exceptional resturant (independent) on site.
Breakfast included.
Staff friendly.
Rooms basic but comfortable.
Difficult to negotiate and two floors no elevator - some patrons may wish to order ground floor accommodations.
