Nice Hotel in a Quiet Neighborhood

We spent 3 nights at the Art'otel, a reasonably priced modern, well-kept place. It was conveniently located across the street from the U-bahn station in a section of Mitte with many foreign embassies.
The rooms were adequate and functional. Bathroom was small w/ stall shower, 2 soap dispensers, and hairdryer. None of the niceties we are accustomed to in the US hotels, like shampoo, lotion, coffeemaker, etc. Twin beds were put together; no comfortable seating in the room. It took 2 days to get the TV working after the third hotel employee checked it.
The desk attendants were very helpful and were proficient in speaking English. A breakfast buffet was served daily for an extra fee. We tried it one morning - it was good but overpriced. It paled in comparison to the Sunday brunch we had at a neighborhood bar in Prenzlauer Berg for half the price.

Very nice hotel, stylish, comfy rooms, reasonably priced. Good location for transport links and within walking distance to central areas for sightseeing. I would recommend staying here.
