This place has really got it together. From the doormen to housekeeping, this place is top notch. The room service is unbelievable and every member of the staff is outstanding. Go here for your Vegas vacation. Just writing this makes me want to go back to that mind blowing room. I miss my 51st floor balcony!

We are frequent travelers to the Las Vegas area often staying on the strip. We thought we would do something different this time and stay at an off strip hotel. This hotel was fabulous!
We stayed in the one bedroom suite which was more than enough space for the two of us. The fireplace was so relaxing even with the 98 degree weather outside (we had the air on). The view of the strip was awesome. Although we had to travel to get to the table action this was still worth the stay. We will absolutely stay again.
If you want "OFF" the "STRIP" its Great.

The staff is great. Held luggage till our room was ready. Just too much out of the way. This was our 1st trip to Vegas-30th anniversary. It was over $15 for every trip to the strip, just too far to walk. Both my wife and myself are in our early 50's. Walking to the "RIO" was far enough. If you rent a car, then I would recommend. Simon's restaurant is great, but $$$. $60 for breakfast( had a $50 food credit). Spoke with another guest and he spent $100 for lunch(2 people). Had a studio(no upgrade to 1BR given). There is a "SKYTUBE" with conveyors to the "PALMS" casino, movie theatre, and food court. The pool area is very nice. Whole pool is 3 1/2 ft. deep(on 6th floor), hot tub right next to pool. Bar/Food available with waitress service. Also if you need a cabanna, they can be rented. Security is tight, you need a room key to get elevators to work. I would like to see the Palms/Palms Place set up a "SHUTTLE" for its guests to the strip. If you want to walk to the "RIO", and have time to wait, you can ride their shuttle to "HARRAHS" and to "PARIS", but their players club members get 1st seating. We are planning to return next year, but will stay somewhere on the strip.

I have never stayed in a hotel room that i could picture myself living in and when they say becareful your not going to want to leave, its really the absolute truth. My fiance and I arrived 30 min before check in and were thinking that they were going to make us wait like all other vegas hotels do until that 3pm check in. However, the check in attendant said "we have a room available right now heres your keys oh and by the way i bumped you to the 1 bedroom suite!!!" The moment we walked into the room my jaw dropped. Floor to ceiling windows in every corner two balconies, two 42in plasmas, that were paid no attention to ;)... a huge living room, a fireplace, a tv in the restroom walk in shower with 3 shower heads, a make up mirror that any woman is bound to love and the best part a jetted tube in the master bedroom placed perfectly next to a window that gives you a beautiful view of the las vegas skyline. It was an amazing experience and im planning on returning in May. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a top of the line room without breaking the bank. All the employees were top notch helpful. The only negative was Simons Restaraunt but I only tried my plate and my fiances plate so I cant completely complain about all the food there but, All in all i can't wait to go back.

This was our first time in vegas. We had a terrific time. Palm's Place is GREAT. ... Couldn't ask for anything more. Not too far from the strip, (if you want a nice place to relax that's not too far )but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the hotels on the strip. We had a blast. Everything was as described. I will definitely go back!!!!
