Very well appointed rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Service is great. Restaurant in the hotel serves a nice buffet but the price is 20 Euros. The hotel is not in Venice proper; it is right beside the Quarto D'Altino station, which is about 30 minutes away from the St Lucia station in Venice. One should take that into account when booking this hotel and not be surprised to find that it is not in Venice. The hotel has a timetable of trains to and from St Lucia printed and available; the staff was also very helpful in finding and printing out train timings on how to get to Pisa and back. They also have a free shuttle to Marco Polo airport.

This hotel was great. The rooms were clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. While outside of Venice, the hotel is located right next to the train station. A quick train ride (which was a good experience in itself) and you are in Venice. We were able to arrange to be picked up from the airport, which was very helpful. The breakfast that the hotel offered for a fee was also good (a little pricey) and worked well into the schedule. All in all, a great experience. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again the next time I am in Venice!

The hotel was easy to get to (20 minutes). Not much in the town, but as a touchdown spot to sleep, no regrets. Staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke english well. Room was large, very nice facility.

I booked this hotel knowing that it was not in Venice proper, but did not expect the train ride 25 minutes into the country-side. Travellers should be advised that they need to take the train from Maestre or Venice Santa Lucia out to Quarto D Altino. There weren't any restaurants around the hotel and no grocery stores within walking distance, but the hotel provided us with complimentary train tickets into Venice each day (including the day we checked out) so we simply ate in town before returning to the hotel. They also provided us with a train schedule and detailed information to get us into Venice and back again. The rooms were very large (largest I have ever seen in Italy) and the bathroom was huge. The value was excellent for the price. Now that I know where the hotel is, I would gladly stay there again.

Hotel right next to the train, but couldn't hear train from rooms. Only took 10 minutes to get to downtown Venice by the train. Tickets were available at the front desk for an inexpensive price. Hotel very clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly and spoke english well. Room was huge and very modern.
