Positives: decor - great. location - awesome. staff-friendly. Safe for a single female traveler. Negatives: Lobby smells like mildew. Air conditioner did not cool the tiny room. Rain fall shower did not work. I left my cell charger and I am getting the run around with them getting in touch with me. There are other places for less money with better service.

This hotel was an experience. From the moment you enter the uber-swanky, contemporary lobby, you know you are in a great place. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was gorgeous and luxurious. I haven't ever slept in a more comfortable bed. Water pressure in the shower was great. I would have a hard time staying anywhere else in Atlanta if I ever go back!

From my rating, one can guess that my stay at the Glenn Hotel was less than enjoyable. Caught up in its own hype as a trendy boutique hotel, it overlooks the basics: courtesy, service, and customer satisfaction. Lots went wrong with my travel--my room key had to be validated every other trip to the room & check out treated as if a new concept based on long line.My worst experience entailed a threatening confrontation with the hotel's glorified bouncer. This hotel caters to an outside clientele which it seemingly cares more about than its inside patrons.
