The room was the smallest one of the entire trip and I am still nursing a bruise on my leg from my inability to remember that the leg of the bed was sticking out when I walked by. The bathroom was small, but I am learning that a decent size bathroom is more abnormal in Europe.
They have a wonderful indoor and outdoor breakfast area with great views of the sea. The breakfast is very substantial with meat, cheese, bread, cereal, etc.
The hotel is slightly off the main drag, but within walking distance to all the major sites in Taormina, as well as to the bus station for any excursions you may want to take. The cable car is very close and easy to take down to the Mazzaro beach area.
There is no elevator, so even though we were on the 2nd floor, it was definitely a drag to get all our luggage up the stairs.
For 90€, I think this is a good bargain in pricey Taormina. The views themselves are priceless!
