The Hotel was very comfortable with very comfortable beds!, quiet and safe location near of a bus terminal and a subway train station. Only 12 miniutes away from Vatican City and not so far away from Rome center. we'll certainly stay there again. It?s right next to the Underground and everything you need. If you buy a week?s pass or (three days) you?ll save a lot (you can take how many busses or subway you need. The staff of the hotel were extremely helpful. we get the most out of our stay Lots of places to eat, we found that the smaller Restaurants are more intimate and the food are always good and reasonably priced. Public transport are very close the apartments. Thank you very much for everything! Especially for picking us and for friendly information about Rome, restaurants etc. Next time we'll maybe come by train, but we will certainly stay again at The Palms!

I was very disappointed There was no hot water 3 nights there. 'Booked a triple; got only 2 beds. There is no food or breakfast offered. It is not close to the center of rome. no desk staff was avail after we checked in to assist us.
